Inspiring Conversations with Sushana Cole of STRICTLY 4 MOTIVATION

Hi Sushana, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My name is Sushana Cole, I’m a business woman, mother and author. I grew up in humble beginnings in the beautiful island of Jamaica. I have been in the entrepreneurial space for 11 years and now I teach women how to build businesses based off my experiences. I started my business by being in the darkest phase of my life.

I was so broke and I called out to my friend for help, he sent me some makeup to sell so I can make money to buy food for me and my son I sold the makeup flipped and repeat the money, and built my business from nothing!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Definitely not smooth at all! A lot of bumps. My store got robbed twice, I went broke so many times trying to figure out how to build my brand and had to build back.

Lack of business information also plays a role in the struggle because when trying to build a business with little to no information you make so many mistakes. But I was persistent and believed in what I did so I kept going.

We’ve been impressed with STRICTLY 4 MOTIVATION, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I started strictly to help women with building confidence, learn the importance of feeding their brains and body the right food and information, and how to make more money.

I had no coaches in the earlier bit of my business journey and had you take many losses but once I experienced one and learned a lot. I decided to teach other women everything they need to know about business, withstanding hardships, being authentic, and how to run their business-like bosses!

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
My authenticity!
